Complete furnishing of apartments, holiday properties and houses
Complete furnishing means one team connects design, custom-made furniture, procurement of standard furniture, transport, installation and final placement. The service is intended for owners who want a coherent interior without coordinating several contractors and suppliers themselves.
What is made and what is procured
We clearly separate three groups. First, elements designed and produced to measure: kitchens, wardrobes, bathroom units, built-in systems and individual pieces such as tables adapted to the space.
Second, standard furniture that is not made to measure — beds, sofas, chairs, freestanding tables, lighting and appliances — which we select and order from suitable suppliers according to the approved concept.
Third, transport, carrying inside, installation and final placement, which we perform or coordinate according to the agreed project scope.

Consistency with the approved concept
Every ordered piece is checked against the concept: dimensions, material tone, height, use and its relationship to the custom-made elements. The goal is a space that reads as one whole after installation, not as a sum of separate orders.
Delivery, carrying in and placement
We organise delivery to the property, carrying furniture into the apartment, house or holiday property, installation of the elements and positioning according to the design. For island locations transport is planned in advance because of scheduling and site access.
For holiday rentals and owners abroad
The service is particularly useful for tourist rental properties and for owners who do not live permanently in Croatia. Communication can run online, with drawings, visualizations and photos exchanged and approval steps agreed in advance.

Do you also supply furniture that is not made to measure?
Yes. Beds, sofas, tables, chairs, lighting and other standard products can be selected and ordered from suitable suppliers, and we organise transport, carrying them inside and positioning them.

Yes. For rental apartments we can combine functional design, durable materials, storage, custom-made furniture, procurement of standard furniture, and transport and installation.
Can you run a project if the owner does not live in Croatia?
Yes. The project can be organised through online communication, exchange of drawings and visualizations, and pre-arranged site visits and approvals. The level of coordination depends on the location and complexity of the project.
