How working with IntraDes looks
A project runs in six steps: conversation and space analysis, survey and concept, 3D design with technical documentation, selection of materials and furniture, production of custom elements together with procurement of standard furniture, and finally transport, installation and styling. The scope of each step is agreed per project.
What to prepare before the first conversation
The most useful information at the start:
- Property location and type of building
- Floor plan or approximate room dimensions
- Photos of the current condition
- Intended use (living, rental, occasional stays)
- Preferred style and examples you like
- Approximate budget and planned timeline
Why the survey follows the concept
A concept can be developed from a floor plan, but production dimensions are only confirmed by an accurate on-site survey. This avoids deviations that would otherwise be solved with compromises during installation.
Approvals and changes
Written approval of the technical documentation is required before production. Changes after that stage affect both deadline and price, because materials are ordered and elements enter production.
Working remotely
For clients who are not near the property, the steps can run online: video calls, exchange of drawings and visualizations, progress photos and pre-arranged site visits.

How does a project start?
The first step is to send the location, a floor plan or approximate dimensions, photos of the existing space, your preferred style, an approximate budget and the planned timeline. After reviewing this we agree the next steps.
Do I need a finished floor plan?
A floor plan is very useful, but it is not always enough for production. Custom-made furniture normally requires an accurate on-site survey before production dimensions are confirmed.
Can I send photos and measurements of the space?
Yes. Photos, an existing floor plan and basic measurements are a good starting point for the first conversation. For custom furniture production the dimensions must be verified technically.
Can you run a project if the owner does not live in Croatia?
Yes. The project can be organised through online communication, exchange of drawings and visualizations, and pre-arranged site visits and approvals. The level of coordination depends on the location and complexity of the project.
